Ingredients

500 g Singapore noodles

2 unit carrots - peeled and grated

2 unit shallots - trimmed and sliced

1 unit cucumber

unit Small red cabbage - finely shredded

2 tsp sesame seeds

4 tbsp honey

3 tbsp salt reduced soy sauce

3 tsp sesame oil

Recipe

  1. Place noodles in a large bowl. Cover with boiling water, stand for 1 minute, drain noodles, refresh in cold water and set aside for a few minutes to dry, place noodles into bowl.
  2. Mix with noodles- grated carrot, sliced shallots, finely shredded cabbage.
  3. To make soy & honey dressing - combine all ingredients ( honey, salt reduced soy sauce, sesame oil) in a screw top jar and shake until well combined. Pour over the noodle and salad mix and toss to combine dressing. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
